What is Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)?

 BOOK TRAILER

This is a quick read for older woman that are concerned about bone health and protecting yourself as you age. It’s fascinating, with a lot of information I didn’t know. I’ll definitely be starting my new vitamin regiment.
Love all the info in this book. I am collecting books on brain health but mostly Alzheimer, dementia, ADHD and Autism. Both of my in laws passed from Alzheimer’s, my sister in law is exhibiting symptoms and my husband is starting to show symptoms. We have a special needs son with many neurological disorders already and I want to head it off if I can.
